These life-sized bronze Golden Retriever statues are available exclusively through Originals By Springer and represent a dream of internationally renowned dog sculptor, Denis Springer (deceased).
As I plan my retirement, I am cutting back on inventory and there are no current plans for new bronze castings.

Picture this one on your own property, in a pond or other water setting - just breathtaking!
This bronze sculpture can be placed in a fountain or pond, but is not plumbed to have the water running from the statue itself - a more practical choice. The plumbed fountain version is no longer available. The measurements of the bronze dog with duck are approximately 49" long, 14 " w. and 31" high at the top of the head. This is the one you've heard about - debuted at the 1995 Golden Retriever National Specialty in Northern California. On display again in 1996 in Delaware. Also seen at the Brush Prairie cluster in Washington and in Seattle. Once seen, impossible to forget!

The fountain sculpture featured the Golden Retriever statue, plumbed as a working fountain. This display is in a pond approximately 11 x 7 feet. Dimensions of the bronze dog with duck are approximately 49" long, 14 " w. and 31" high at the top of the head. Photo below shows better detail of the dog.

Please note that all our bronze and pewter sculptures are cast in the U.S.A. Our Pewter items are lead-free pewter and our Bronze is true bronze, cast in the traditional hot-cast (lost-wax) method - not cold-cast "bronze," which is really a resin mixture.
